1 Overview

KZ-KQ10 water leakage superheat protector can realize oil leakage, motor cavity leakage, junction box leakage and winding overheating detection and fault output; and can realize two PT100 temperature acquisition display, alarm temperature setting fault output and other functions.

3 Panel and terminal wiring instructions

3.1 signal input

COM1 and R1 are the input terminals for water leakage in the oil chamber;

COM1 and R2 are the input terminals for water leakage in the motor cavity;

COM1 and R3 are the leaking input terminals of the junction box;

COM1 and K1 are the superheated input terminals of the motor windings;

COM2, PA1 and PA2 are PT100 input terminals of temperature 1, using three-wire system

Connection method (two wires of the same color in PT100 are connected to COM2 and PA1 respectively, and the other wire is connected to PA2);

COM2, PB1, and PB2 are the PT100 input terminals of temperature 2, using a three-wire connection method (two identically colored wires in PT100 are connected to COM2, PB1, and the other wire is connected to PB2).

3.2 Fault output

J1 is fault output, open when there is no fault, close when there is fault, switch value;

J2 is a fault output. It is closed when there is no fault, open when there is a fault, and is switched.

3.3 Temperature alarm setting

Release the key and the display shows the detection temperature of two PT100;

Press the key to set the alarm temperature displayed on the display;

Temperature 1 potentiometer can change the first set PT100 alarm temperature value;

The temperature 2 potentiometer can change the set alarm temperature value of the second PT100.

4.1 Fault detection

When the oil chamber water leakage probe detects that the resistance value is <15K, the corresponding indicator light is on and the fault output relay is activated; when the resistance is> 20K, the fault disappears and the protector returns to the initial state (that is, the hysteresis characteristic). The input has a delay of 1s to 5s. The smaller the input resistance, the shorter the delay time, and vice versa.

When the motor cavity water leakage probe detects a resistance value <30K, the corresponding indicator light turns on, and the fault output relay operates; when the resistance> 35K, the fault disappears and the protector returns to the initial state (ie, hysteresis characteristic). The input has a delay of 1s to 5s. The smaller the input resistance, the shorter the delay time, and vice versa.

When the junction box water leakage probe detects that the resistance value is <30K, the corresponding indicator light is on and the fault output relay is activated; when the resistance is> 35K, the fault disappears and the protector returns to the initial state (that is, the hysteresis characteristic). When the winding overheating probe detects that it exceeds the specified temperature (the temperature value determined by the user-selected overheating probe) and opens, the corresponding indicator light turns on, and the fault output relay operates. When the temperature returns below the specified temperature and closes, the fault disappears. The protector returns to its original state. The input has a delay of 1s to 2s.

4.2 PT100 temperature detection

The protector is designed with double PT100 input. In order to eliminate the influence of excessive lead length of PT100 on temperature, a three-wire design is adopted. The detection range of the temperature is -199.9 ℃ ~ + 199.9 ℃, and it is displayed in the display window. When the detected temperature exceeds the set alarm value, the corresponding indicator light is on, the fault output relay is activated, and when the detected temperature is low At the set alarm value, the fault disappears and the protector returns to the initial state.

4.3 PT100 alarm temperature setting

The two PT100 alarm temperature values can be set. Press the alarm temperature setting button, and the display window switches to the display of the alarm temperature set value. Adjust the two alarm temperature setting potentiometers separately to change the alarm temperature value. After the setting is completed, press the alarm temperature setting button again, and the display window will switch to the display of the PT100 acquisition temperature value.
