Electric pump immersion alarm control: When water leakage fault occurs in the submersible pump oil chamber, the normal operation of the electric pump is endangered. The resistance of the pump signal line 31 # 32 # is less than 30K. The normally closed nodes of this protection device 4 and 5 are disconnected and cut off the control circuit, forcing the pump to stop. The oil room water immersion indicator on the panel flashes a pre-alarm when it is slightly immersed in water to remind people to troubleshoot, but at this time, the normally open and normally closed contact will not operate until the protection value. 8 and 9 normally open contacts are usually used for fault output, such as alarm to PLC.
Electric pump motor winding overheating alarm control: When the submersible pump motor fails (overload, phase failure, phase loss), the winding temperature increases sharply. When the temperature exceeds 135 ℃, the resistance of the pump 11 # 12 # or 21 # 22 # signal line is greater than 3K, this protection device fault output 4, 5 normally closed nodes are open, 8 and 9 normally open nodes are closed, the panel overheating indicator on the panel starts flashing warning before approaching the protection value to remind people that the motor is overheating until the fault is eliminated . Electric pump motor insulation, moisture-proof alarm control: In actual operation, the submersible pump motor may gradually absorb moisture when it is stopped. The phenomenon of moisture absorption will be reflected in the slow decline of the motor insulation resistance, which will cause damage to the motor. Water immersion alarm control in the junction box cavity: When a water leakage fault occurs in the cavity of the junction box of the submersible pump motor, the safety of the motor is endangered. When the leakage signal line of the pump 41 # is less than 50K, the fault output of this device is normally closed. Contacts 8 and 9 are closed, and the leakage indicator on the junction box on the panel starts flashing before approaching the alarm value, until the fault is eliminated.
